Relax with the entire family in our Harry Potter-inspired home. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes from local attractions, museums, water parks, shopping mall, and 5-star dining. Great number of options for fun, you couldn’t possibly run out of things to do during your stay. Seeker's Landing can accommodate up to 12 guests. Take a dip in your own private pool & heated jacuzzi. Unwind by the pool and barbecue your favorite food. It’s the perfect escape for those traveling to Frisco!
Things to Note before you book (Please read our rental agreement for more detail information) -
Due to the staircase, in ground pool & jacuzzi, and other equipment such as appliances and certain furniture types, our home has not been child proofed and is not suitable for young children. There are no safety equipment in place to ensure their safety. Children under the age of 10 years are not recommended to stay at our property.
There are security cameras located at the front and back of our property. These cameras are there to help us monitor our cleaning crew, pool & lawn service crew and our laundry service provider and to help ensure your safety.
Please note that ONLY the number of guests given at the time of reservation are allowed on the property. This applies to day visitors and staying the night. For example, if your reservation is for 6 people, there should NEVER be more than 6 people on the property at once without our prior approval. Maximum occupancy is 12 people due to permitting and fire code requirement. If you exceed the number of 12 people, the number of guests over 12 will be asked to leave immediately and/or your reservation may be cancelled without refund upon discovery of this violation of our rules.
You’ll be able to access the home via a smart lock and access code which will be provided prior to your stay. There are 4 parking spaces including 3 in the front and 1 in the back alley behind the house. You may unload your belongings upfront.
You have full access to the entire home. Except for the garage and master bedroom closets.
There are three beautiful and creative Harry Potter inspired bedrooms (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff and Slytherin), with master on one side of the home and 2 bedrooms on the other. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, pots and pans, dishes, utensils and more! Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on us!

Summary: This house came with the minimum and wasn't really stocked well. The towels were very small...for both bath and beach towels. We ended up purchasing beach towels to use at thr pool. The pool was nice but the outdoor seating was inadequate...definitely could use more loungers. We ran out of hand soap, body soap and toilet paper and could have used some extra blankets. Upon arrival, we saw a few large, dead bugs. Overall rating would be okay but disappointing.

Summary: We stayed here for a weekend while attending a competition in Frisco. The neighborhood was very nice and conveniently located close to the Star. The Harry Potter theme was cute. The only complaints I would have is the pool was freezing cold (it was March) and we found random things in the carpet that didn’t get cleaned (a child’s sock, earring, safety pins). The fridge also made some random super loud noises. Lastly, the smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived and the owner had me disable it by standing on a chair by the staircase so it was disabled our entire stay.

Summary: Wonderful location with proximity to multiple sports stadiums, restaurants, shopping, etc. Easy access from DFW. Beautiful space interior and out, with ample gear for those who enjoy cooking. We did have to buy all the staples (flour, sugar, spices, etc.) property had great cookware

Summary: This experience in a wonderful home was amazing. The harry potter theme is the most beautiful , as you walk in you feel like u have entered into hog warts school of magic .... the decor is beautiful everything is clean and tidy. The pool and spa were a great relaxing time after the long days of walking around. I definitely will recommend this place to anyone who is visiting frisco TX...

Summary: 10 of us came to TX for a family wedding. Lots of room for everyone so we weren’t on top of each other. Very clean, super cute HP theme. Pool was nice for the kids. Good communication with host, too,

Summary: Our experience staying at this place was exactly what we expected. Clean house, great neighborhood and awesome amenities. Host was attentive and available. We had a couple of small issues but nothing important to mention here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of renting in the area. And certainly, we would rent it again.
